PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a membrane for guiding bone and tissue regeneration, which promotes bone formation and can be easily removed after bone formation.SOLUTION: The membrane for guiding bone and tissue regeneration includes a hydrophilic film of polyester or polyamide to make a substrate, a collagen layer of collagen or heat denatured collagen disposed on a single or both sides of the film, and a calcium phosphate layer which covers the collagen layer. A method for manufacturing a membrane for guiding bone and tissue regeneration includes a first immobilization step of immobilizing collagen or heat denatured collagen on a hydrophilic film of polyester or polyamide so as to form a collagen layer, a second immobilization step of urease on the collagen layer, and a deposition step of depositing calcium phosphate on the collagen layer with immobilized urease. The method further includes contacting a supersaturated calcium phosphate solution with the collagen layer having a surface on which an apatite nucleating agent of calcium phosphate is immobilized. |
