a polymerizable compound (D) containing two or more oxetanyl groups in a molecule; and a dispersion composition containing:
a metal oxide particle (A) having a primary particle diameter of 1 nm to 100 nm;a polymer compound (B) having an acid value of 120 mgKOH/g or more, which is represented by the following Formula (1); anda solvent (C):
