The invention relates to an antifriction bearing cage (1) comprising cage pockets (5) that are used for guiding rolling elements (10), in particular balls, and are formed by two lateral rings (2, 3) having a common axis of symmetry (R) and by webs (4) interconnecting the lateral rings (2, 3). The lateral rings (2, 3) are designed as single pieces along with the webs (4) and contain a fabric (6).
