Provided is a compressed air-drying device with which the removal rate for oil contained in the compressed air can be improved. The compressed air-drying device is provided with: a support base (10) having a compressed air inlet (11) and outlet (12) and a drain outlet (13) equipped with a drain valve unit (50); a drying vessel (30), which is mounted on the support base (10); and an outer case (41), which covers the drying vessel (30) and is mounted on the support base (10). The compressed air-drying device dries compressed air flowing in from the inlet using a drying agent (31) filled in the drying vessel (30) and collects the dried compressed air in a first tank (16) and exhausts same from the outlet (12) during load operation; and discharges oil and water from the drain outlet (13) by passing the compressed air inside the outer case (41) through the drying vessel (30) during unload operation. The compressed air-drying device is provided with an electrostatic oil-adsorbing material (70), which is held between the drying vessel (30) and the outer case (41).
