Provided are a greenhouse for agricultural use wherein incident light from gaps between curtains can be shaded and an opening and closing device used in the same. A greenhouse main body (2) is constituted in a shape in which a pair of side walls (21, 22) facing each other and a roof (23) that joins the upper ends of the pair of side walls (21, 22) to each other extend in the direction of a Y axis (direction of depth). A first curtain (5) is provided along the roof (23) on the inside of the greenhouse main body (2), is supported by a support unit (6) extending in the direction of the Y axis, and opens and closes along the Y axis. An upper end part of a second curtain (8) overlaps a lower end part of the first curtain (5), and the lower end part thereof is positioned below the lower end part of the first curtain (5).
