<p>The invention describes a process for the manufacture of tamales with nopal dough, which comprises the steps of preparation, cooking, mixing, manufacture, cooking and standing, also comprising nopal as a main element for obtaining a different tamale, which is reach in fiber and reduced in fat; this is an option of a delightful product that can be consumed by the family with the certainty and safety of being a well-balanced product, with an excellent flavor, a high fiber content, which helps to prevent obesity (causing high blood pressure, cancer, gastritis, colitis, etc.) upon consuming a healthy tamale.</p> |
