PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration sensor with a thermocouple, which can suppress the corrosion of a thermocouple wire. ! SOLUTION: A vibration sensor with a thermocouple includes: a cylindrical protective pipe 24; a thin sheet metal 17 covering an opening of the protective pipe 24; a detection needle 1 housed in the protective pipe 24; and a thermocouple including a thermocouple wire 16a connected to the thin sheet metal 17. When the temperature and vibration of a measurement object are measured, the inside of the thin sheet metal 17 contacts with a tip of the detection needle 1 while the outside of the thin sheet metal 17 contacts with the measurement object. !
