SOLUTION: A fin member 10 restricts three-dimensional vortex that is generated in an air layer between a roof panel 2 and a head lining 3 to two-dimensional vortex, thereby suppressing generation of the three-dimensional vortex in the air layer between the roof panel 2 and the head lining 3, increasing a heat flow velocity, and suppressing heat transfer. !
