PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition in which an episulfide compound has an excellent stability at room temperature as well as that has a sufficiently high polymerizability and a little side reaction during polymerization, and to provide a polymer obtained from said composition.SOLUTION: Provided is: a polymer formed by polymerizing an episulfide compound in a composition comprising the episulfide compound, and in which the contained amount of vinyl bond is 2 mass% or less based on the total mass of the polymer; a polymer obtained by polymerizing episulfide compound in the presence of (A) at least one compound selected from an ether compound having two or more ether groups, a trivalent phosphorous compound, and a ketone compound, and (B) boron trihalide; and a polymer that is obtained by a polymerization method of heating and/or energy ray irradiation. |
