a group setting unit configured to classify the plurality of spectra into a plurality of groups using a plurality of second base vectors; an extracted data generation unit configured to generate extracted data by extracting each one or more spectrum from each of the plurality of groups; and a base vector obtaining unit configured to obtain the plurality of first base vectors from the extracted data.
