In the present invention, a vibration power-generation device is provided with a vibration system (110) that is attached to a vibration member (101). The first vibration system (111) includes an elastic member (131) attached to the vibration member (101) and a first mass member (132) attached to the elastic member (131). The second vibration system (112) includes a plate spring (151) that is integrated with a piezoelectric element (153) and a second mass member (152) that is attached to the plate spring (151). The resonance frequency of the first vibration system (111) and that of the second vibration system (112) substantially match.
