The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for separating a solvent in a polymerization process of a metallocene catalyst-based polyolefin-based solution. To remove a solvent from a reaction mixture after a polymerization reaction in a solution process for polymerizing a polyolefin-based polymer by using a metalloscene catalyst, the method for separating a solvent in a polymerization process of a metallocene catalyst-based polyolefin-based solution primarily removes a solvent and a volatile matter from the reaction mixture by using a flash drum, and secondarily removes the remaining solvent and volatile matter in the reaction mixture, passing through the first solvent removing step in a high vacuum environment by using a thin film evaporator. The polymer, manufactured through the process, is an eco-friendly product whose content of a volatile matter is less than or equal to 100 ppm. |
