The integrated CO_2-cost-schedule management system for building construction projects of the present invention comprises: a project schedule creating unit for referring to management accounts and creating a project schedule plan based on information related to a precedence relation by management account and working hours; a building construction cost calculating unit for calculating a building construction cost used in a construction process of each management account; a CO_2 emission volume calculating unit for calculating a CO_2 emission volume caused in the construction process of each management account; a reference line creating unit for an earned value measurement for building a plan curve for each management account based on the project schedule; a weighted value calculating unit by management account for calculating a building construction schedule weighted value, a CO_2 emission volume weighted value, and a cost weighted value respectively for each management account, calculating an integrated CO_2 emission volume-schedule weighted value based on the construction schedule weighted value and the CO_2 emission volume weighted value for each management account, and calculating an integrated cost-schedule weighted value based on the building construction schedule weighted value and the cost weighted value; and an earned value analyzing unit for measuring measurement elements of each management account, calculating a weighted result value, and drawing analysis elements including at least a weighted schedule earned value index and a weighted cost earned value index based on the calculated plan value, weighted result value, and execution value.
