1. A cartridge for the detection of target components (T1, T2) in a sample fluid with magnetic particles (MP1, MP2, MP), comprising:
a reaction chamber in which the sample fluid can be provided and which has a reaction surface; at least one investigation region that is located on the reaction surface and is at least partially bordered by a physical barrier; wherein the reaction surface is hydrophilic outside the investigation region; a magnetic field generator for generating a magnetic field (B) that confines the magnetic particles (MP1, MP2, MP) at an associated investigation region during introduction of the sample fluid into the reaction chamber; an optical, magnetic, mechanical, acoustic, thermal or electrical sensor unit for the detection of target components (T1, T2) in the investigation region; wherein the physical barrier has a height (h) of 1 μm to 100 μm and a width (w) of 2 μm to 500 μm and is configured not to impede a lateral movement of the magnetic particles (MP1, MP2, MP). |
