[Solution] An embodiment of the present invention is provided with an access control unit. The access control unit sets an operation channel to a first channel, receives a notification signal via the first channel, analyzes the notification signal, acquires channel information specifying a second channel, and sets the operation channel to the second channel. If the notification signal is not received via the second channel within a preset amount of time, the access control unit resets the operation channel to the first channel, and receives the notification signal via the first channel. |
