摘要 A robot hand (8) of the present invention is provided with: a hand base section (31) attached to a leading end of an arm (7); a workpiece holding means (32) that is provided to the hand base section (31); and a workpiece aligning means (34) that aligns the workpiece (13) to a predetermined position with respect to the workpiece holding means (32), said workpiece being held by means of the workpiece holding means (32). The workpiece holding means (32) has a suction section (33) that releasably holds the workpiece (13) by sucking a surface of the workpiece (13), and the suction section (33) is elastically deformable in the direction parallel to the surface of the workpiece (13) in a state wherein the suction section is sucking the workpiece (13). The robot hand that is provided with the function of aligning the workpiece to the predetermined position with respect to the workpiece holding means is provided.
