A subframe (1) for a vehicle is configured in such a manner that the protrusions (24, 31) of front members (20) protrude from a body section in the width direction, extend upward, have upper ends (25, 32), and are shaped to protrude forward. The upper ends (25, 32) function as front mounting sections for mounting to the vehicle body. The subframe (1) has the simple configuration, is produced with good productivity, has high strength, and has improved rigidity for supporting suspensions. |
