SENSOR MODULE BASED ON FLEXIBLE SUBSTRATE

A sensor module based on a flexible substrate. The sensor module comprises a sensor portion and an antenna portion, both taking flexible insulation material as a substrate and being connected via a conducting wire or a clamp, wherein the sensor portion is used for sensing an external sensitive signal, the antenna portion is used for transmitting and receiving a wireless signal, and detection and transmission of the external sensitive signal in a wireless condition are realized by the combination of both. The sensor module takes flexible insulation material such as PI, PET and the like as a substrate, and a sensor and a wireless transmission portion are manufactured on the substrate and are integrated together using various microelectronic micro-processing methods, thereby forming a passive, wireless, foldable and highly portable assembled new sensor module.
