PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a solar cell which can electrically insulate a first conductivity type amorphous silicon film and a second conductivity type amorphous silicon film more successfully.SOLUTION: A solar cell manufacturing method comprises: a first process of stacking a first conductivity type amorphous silicon film 8 on one surface of a semiconductor substrate 51; a second process of removing a part of the first conductivity type amorphous silicon film 8; a third process of stacking a second conductivity type amorphous silicon film 20 on the one surface of the semiconductor substrate and the first conductivity type amorphous silicon film; and a fourth process of removing a part of the second conductivity type amorphous silicon film 20 by etching an alkaline solution. |
