PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembly method of a terminal block having good assemblability.SOLUTION: A terminal block assembly method comprises the steps of: fixing an inverter side connection terminal 20T to an upper base 10U located on the side of an inverter case 200; fitting to a lower base 10D, the upper base 10U with the inverter side connection terminal 20T being fixed to form a terminal block 10 and arranging a motor side connection terminal 20M on the lower base 10D; placing the terminal block 10 on the inverter case 200; placing on a motor case 100, the inverter case 200 with the terminal block 10 being placed; and connecting the motor side connection terminal 20M to a receiving terminal of the motor.
