PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve communication performance of an entire communication system by performing radio channel allocation that reduces variations in individual communication performance in a plurality of intra-cell radio networks. ! SOLUTION: A method for radio channel allocation in a system including intra-cell radio networks 110, ..., 160, an inter-cell network 107, and gateway terminals 111, ..., 161 includes the steps of: performing first processing to determine a plurality of radio channel allocation patterns that make intra-cell radio networks adjacent in positions become radio channels different with each other; and selecting one radio channel allocation pattern and repeating second processing to supply the radio channel allocation change command signal to a plurality of gateway terminals while sequentially switching the radio channel allocation pattern to a different radio channel allocation pattern. The second processing is performed when the position information satisfies a condition. |
