Provided are a method and device for optimizing a neighbour relation. The method for optimizing a neighbour relation of the present invention comprises: according to a preset rule, determining, by a centralized device, a neighbour cell to be processed; according to the determined neighbour cell to be processed, generating an optimization suggestion; and issuing the optimization suggestion to a radio network controller (RNC), so that the RNC optimizes the neighbour cell to be processed according to the optimization suggestion. The embodiments of the present invention realize the automatic optimization of a neighbour relation. |
