An organic electroluminescent display device, an manufacturing method thereof and a display equipment are provided. The organic electroluminescent display device comprises a substrate(100), an organic electroluminescent pixel array(200) formed on the substrate(100), a sealing substrate(400) or a sealing film(300) covering the outside of the organic electroluminescent pixel array(200), a phase difference film(500) and a polarization function film(600) formed inside the sealing substrate(400) or the sealing film(300) and sequentially attached to the organic electroluminescent pixel array(200). TAC films in an existing circular polarizer and other unnecessary film like a binding layer are eliminated, so the transmittance and contrast ratio of the display device can be improved; in addition, the overall thickness of the display device can be decreased to avoid the problem of curling difficulty. Furthermore, without interference of oxygen and water vapor, the durability of the circular polarizer is improved.
