<p>Methods and systems for requesting information are provided.The system includes a first server,a second server,and a third server.The first server receives a request message for obtaining information sent by a user.In response to the request message,the first server determines whether the user has a permission to obtain the information.After determining the user has the permission to obtain the information,the first server can request for acquiring the information from the second server.When the first server fails to request for acquiring the information from the second server, the first server can request for re-sending the information from the third server.When the first server succeeds in requesting for re-sending the information from the third server,the first server can forward the information received from the third server to the user.</p> |
