Disclosed are a method for controlling tissue temperature by radiating ultrasonic waves to target tissue after determining an optimal intensity of the ultrasonic waves for maintaining a desired temperature in the target tissue, and a control device using the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method for controlling tissue temperature comprises the steps of: measuring the temperature of the target tissue; based on the measured temperature and the desired temperature for the target tissue, determining the intensity of the ultrasonic waves for the target tissue; and radiating ultrasonic waves at the determined intensity to the target tissue.
