<p>The present invention relates to an optical module made of a chalcogenide material, which has improved adhesion between the coating material and the chalcogenide material in coating an infrared optical system made of chalcogenide material. More specifically, a) depositing a carbon family element (group element 14, carbon group) or a compound of carbon family elements and b) depositing Diamond-Like Carbon (DLC) thin film are performed on the surface of an infrared lens of chalcogenide material, which is formed by molding (injection molding). Moreover, according to the present invention, the carbon family element (group element 14, carbon group) or the compound of carbon family elements is deposited with 1.5-15μm, and the DLC thin film is deposited with 1.5-10μm.</p> |
