PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chuck mechanism of a rod which withstands predetermined strength. ! SOLUTION: A chuck mechanism includes: a first member 60 having a first recess 16 extending in a vertical direction; a second member 61 having a second recess 17 extending in the vertical direction; and pressing means 63. The first recess 16 and the second recess 17 are faced to each other, and configured so as to be approachable/separable. The first recess 16 and the second recess 17 have contact surfaces 160, 161 and 170 which come in contact with the peripheral surface of a penetration rod. The contact surface of either the first recess 16 or the second recess 17 is formed into a substantially V shape in a planar view from two inclined surfaces. The contact surface of the other recess is formed on a circular-arch surface in a planar view or into a substantially V shape in a planar view from two inclined surfaces. !
