PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin material having dry feeling with less sticky feeling although it is composed of vinyl chloride resin. ! SOLUTION: A skin material has a laminate of a vinyl chloride resin layer and an outermost surface layer comprising hygroscopic fine particles and resin.
