摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cBN sintered body cutting tool which is hard to experience chipping and maintains excellent cutting performance for a long time even though it is used in high speed cutting processing of high hardness steel, requiring a cutting condition of a heavy load. ! SOLUTION: A hard coating layer is composed of an A layer formed on a surface of a tool substrate, and a B layer formed on the A layer. The composition of the A layer is Ti1-aAlaN (where, 0.3≤a≤0.7), and the composition of the B layer is Ti1-b-cAlbSicN (where, 0.3≤b≤0.7, and 0.01≤c≤0.1). On a flank face of the tool substrate, a concavity like a spherical surface is provided on a surface of a cubic crystal boron nitride particle in contact with the hard coating layer. !
