PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a six-rowed barley leaf and/or stem suitable for a composition for drinking and eating, and the composition for drinking and eating which is excellent in culture aptitude, abundant in nutrition, and high in palatability because of the inclusion of the six-rowed barley leaf and/or stem.SOLUTION: A six-rowed barley is cultivated by use of soil which includes andosols in at least a part of the soil, and the six-rowed barley leaf and/or stem is offered to use as a composition for drinking and eating. |
