SOLUTION: An occupant protection device is equipped with a roll bar 7 arranged on a back surface side of a seat 5. A base portion 8 of the roll bar 7 has a first bending portion 20 bending to either one side in a vehicle fore-and-aft direction toward a vehicle upper side, and a second bending portion 22 formed higher than the first bending portion 20 of the vehicle and bending to the other side in the vehicle fore-and-aft direction toward the vehicle upper side.
