Provided is a charge/discharge control device for controlling charging and discharging of a storage cell located at a customer's residence, the device having: a power load; a distributed power supply for supplying power to the power load; and the storage cell connected to the power load and to the distributed power supply, wherein the device is provided with a first assessment device for assessing whether the amount of electricity generated by the distributed power supply is greater than the amount of power consumed by the power load, and a first control device which, in the event of an assessment by the first assessment device that the amount of electricity generated is greater than the amount of power consumed, controls charging and discharging of the storage cell in such a way as to produce an economic advantage for the consumer on the basis of control of the storage cell. |
