<p>A vehicular seat such that entry of small items into a lifter mechanism operating region can be prevented by a configuration that does not require setting modification for each vehicle type is obtained. In the present vehicular seat (10), a gap (80) between an upper rail (42) and a seat cushion (12) is covered by a cover member (74) hanging downward from the side of the seat cushion (12) regardless of the upper/lower position of the seat cushion (12), which is adjusted by a lifter mechanism (18). In addition, a belt anchor bracket (52) secured to an upper surface of the upper rail (42) is configured to contact an inner surface of the cover member (74) in a seat width direction regardless of the upper/lower position of the seat cushion (12). In this way, inadvertent displacement of the cover member (74) toward the inside in the seat width direction can be regulated, whereby the gap (80) can be covered at all times. Thus, entry of small items into the gap (80), namely an operating region of the lifter mechanism (18), can be prevented.</p> |
