<p>A sound source estimating apparatus and a sound source estimating method is disclosed. A sound source estimating apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: at least three sound sensors and an earthquake motion sensor, which sense sound source and have an arrangement structure of a regular triangle-shape; a signal detecting part, which detects a sound wave of a sound source and a seismic wave signal, which are detected by using the sound sensors and the earthquake motion sensor, and amplifiers the detected sound wave and the seismic wave signal; a digital signal converting part, which filters the amplified sound wave and seismic wave signal by using cross correlation function and converts the filtered sound wave and earthquake wave signal into digital signals, respectively; a time delay estimating part, which combines each pair of sound sensors of the at least three sound sensors by using the digital signals corresponding to the at least three sound sensors and estimates an arrival delay signal value according to each combination of sound sensors; a sound direction estimating part estimating the direction of the sound source based on the estimated arrival delay time value; and a distance estimating part estimating a distance from the sound source by using a time delay difference between the sound waves reaching the at least three sound sensors and the earthquake wave signal reaching the earthquake motion sensor.</p> |
