<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly inform a user that emergency information has been distributed at a radio communication terminal. <P>SOLUTION: A radio communication terminal 2 comprises a receiving unit 3, an analysis unit 4, a reception processing unit 5, and a notification unit 6. The receiving unit 3 receives a first message and a second message. The analysis unit 4 analyzes a message scheduled in the first message to analyze whether the second message is scheduled in the first message. The reception processing unit 5 performs reception processing of the first message, and if the second message is scheduled in the first message, notifies the notification unit 6 of reception of the first message.
