<p>Provided is a method for producing a microbial aggregate film whereby the growth of microbes is promoted in a microbial aggregate film (such as a biofilm). The method comprises a preculturing step for preculturing the microbes; a dispersing step for dispersing the aggregate of microbes precultured in the preculturing step by vibration 100 times or more as represented by the following formula for calculating the total number of vibrations; a collecting step for collecting a fixed volume of microbes from the aggregate of microbes dispersed in the dispersing step; and a microbial aggregate film forming step for forming an aggregate of microbes as a film uniformly on a culture substrate by culturing the fixed volume of microbes collected in the collecting step on a culture substrate having a fixed surface area.
