<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens polishing dish manufacturing system capable of fabricating a lens polishing dish wherein thickness of a polishing sheet after molding is uniform and there is no variation in its surface shape, and a manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The lens polishing dish manufacturing system for fabricating the lens polishing dish used for polishing a spherical lens includes a mold dish 20 formed of a polishing surface molding surface 23a having a spherical shape corresponding to the final finishing surface of the spherical lens, a polishing holder dish 11 having a polishing sheet pasting surface 11a, wherein a polishing sheet 50 is to be pasted, having a spherical shape corresponding to the polishing surface molding surface 23a, a pushing mechanism 40 for pushing the polishing holder dish 11 toward the polishing surface molding surface 23a, and a spacer 30 for maintaining a gap between the polishing surface molding surface 23a and the polishing sheet pasting surface 11a at a constant state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
