The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of active carbon aerogel for adsorbing carbon dioxide and, more specifically, to a manufacturing method of active carbon aerogel for adsorbing carbon dioxide whose porosity size can be controlled by assigning porosities with use of a chemical activating method and changing temperatures with use of heat treatment wherein the active carbon aerogel is manufactured by using a heat treatment process for activating an activation process and porosities of composites using a mixture for activating carbon aerogel, thereby having high crystallization, large specific surfaces and many nanoporosities and an outstanding effect of adsorbing carbon dioxide compared with an existing carbon aerogel.
