<p>The present invention relates to an injection molding apparatus with a multiple section cooling control function, configured to be capable of manufacturing high quality molded products by selecting a necessary section and performing a cooling or a heating operation. The present invention comprises: an upper mold (10) configured to form an upper cavity (11) into which resin is injected; a lower mold (20) installed to be engaged with the upper mold and configured to form a lower cavity (21) into which resin is injected; a cooling flow path (40) installed in the lower mold (20) and passing cooling water to cool the mold; and a selective cooling unit (30) installed via the cooling flow path (40) for cooling only a selected portion. The selective cooling unit (30) includes: a cooling plate (31) composed of aluminum metal and positioned within the cooling flow path; a thermoelectric semiconductor (32) attached at a lower part of the cooling plate and transferring cooling energy to the cooling plate according to external electricity supply to rapidly cool a cooling water supply flow path; a heat radiating plate (33) slide-coupled to a lower part of the thermoelectric semiconductor; a heat radiating fan (34) attached on the heat radiating plate and transferring the heat, generated from the heat radiating plate, to the outside at rapid speed by the rotation of the fan to cool the heat radiating plate; and a cooling plate feeding part (35) moving the position of the cooling fan and the thermoelectric semiconductor to cool necessary points.</p> |
