<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically select a route of a short transmission time in a default manner. <P>SOLUTION: A transmission device 200 includes a transmitting-side transmission device 300 and a receiving-side transmission device which receives data from the transmitting-side transmission device 300 through two different routes of an active system and a standby system. The transmission device 200 includes: transmission delay determination means 201 for determining a transmission delay time based on multiframe information of a frame, having multiframe information added thereto, transmitted through the routes of the active system and the standby system from the transmitting-side transmission device 300, and for determining a route having a shorter transmission delay time to be a default route normally for use as a transmission path of the active system; and based on the default route information determined by the transmission delay determination means 201, switchover determination means 202 for determining whether route switchover is to be made between the active system and the standby system. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
