<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable improved drying efficiency in a fluidized bed drying device. <P>SOLUTION: The fluidized bed drying device includes: a hollow drying vessel 101; a raw coal inlet 102 to introduce raw coal to one end of the drying vessel 101; a dried coal outlet 103 to discharge dried coal obtained by heat-drying the raw coal from the other end of the drying vessel 101; a fluidization gas supply port 104 that forms a fluidized bed S with raw coal by supplying fluidization gas to the lower part of the drying vessel 101; a gas outlet 105 that releases fluidization gas and generated steam from a higher point than the raw coal inlet 102 at one end of the drying vessel 101; a heat transfer tube 106 that heats the raw coal in the fluidized bed S; and an inclined plate 111 that leads fluidization gas and generated steam to the gas outlet 105 by guiding the fluidization gas and the generated steam from the dried coal outlet 103 side to the raw coal inlet 102 side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
