<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new unit component to constitute a space forming body. <P>SOLUTION: A space forming body is formed from a combination of components A and B for forming a column and a component C for forming a beam. The front face of the component A and the rear face of the component B are provided with engaging groove parts in X and Y directions which vertically engage an end engaging part of the component C. The rear face of the component A and the front face of the component B are provided with connecting engaging parts respectively, which are engageable to each other. The component C includes the end engaging part for engaging between the component A and the component B, and a linear beam part. The components A, C, and B are sequentially stacked to constitute a space forming body having a final stage composed of a column formed from the components A and C and a beam part.
