Kimboogak (laver chips) of the present invention: are manufactured by a laver chip manufacturing apparatus; include a grain sheet formed by compressing pulverized oriental medicinal herbs, grain powder, and water, an edible adhesive applied on an upper side of the grain sheet, and laver laminated on an upper side of the edible adhesive. The grain sheet, the edible adhesive, and the laver are laminated in order; are compressed by a pair of compression rollers having protrusions; and then are secondarily dried. Accordingly, crispy texture and rich flavor unique to laver can be maintained; and manufacturing time can be reduced by skipping a sticky rice porridge manufacturing process. |
