<p>A cable organising device comprises a receptacle 1 including a first housing member 10 and a second housing member 20. The first housing member 10 has a bottom wall 11, a rear wall 12 and two end walls 13 that form a chamber 14, wherein at least one post 17 extends from the bottom wall 11 for engaging and winding a cable 8, the post(s) 17 having an enlarged head 18. The second housing member 20 has a front wall 22 that is pivotally coupled to the bottom wall 12 of the first housing member 10 via a hinge member 21 allowing the bottom wall 15 of the first housing member 10 and the front wall 22 of the second housing member 20 to be pivoted and folded relative to each other. The end walls 13, 24 of the first and second housing members 10, 20 include a triangular structure containing a channel 15, 26 for receiving the cable 8. The first housing member 10 has a series of apertures 19 formed in the bottom wall 11 and the second housing member 20 has an upper wall 23 with a series of projections 27 that fit into corresponding apertures 19 in the bottom wall 11 of another receptacle 1 to allow vertical stacking of plural receptacles 1.</p> |
