<p>A cable housing connector (10) comprises a body (12) having a first end portion (14) defining a first main conduit (16) for receiving a first cable housing (30), and a second end portion (18) defining a second main conduit (20) for receiving a second cable housing (32). A separating member (22) between the first and second end portions extends between the first and second main conduits. The separating member defines a communication conduit (24) providing communication between the first and second main conduits, wherein the communication conduit tapers inwardly from the first main conduit to the second main conduit, and may have a frusto-conical configuration. The diameter of the communication conduit at the first cable housing end (B1, fig 3) may be greater than the first cable housing internal diameter (A1, fig 3), and the diameter of the communication conduit at the second cable housing end (B2, fig 3) may be less than the second cable housing internal diameter (A2, fig 3).</p> |
