<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated sheet which, without using a buffer material and a cushion material, while its surface is contacted with a device and a member which are coated with an easily injured resin film, is useful to carry the device and the member and prevents the generation of injury and abrasion in the surface even when undergoing vibration and impact. <P>SOLUTION: On at least one side of a base material layer (A) containing a polypropylene resin, a surface layer (B) which can come in contact with the resin film and includes a polyethylene resin is formed. The laminated sheet is used to carry an object to be carried the surface of which is coated with the resin film while remaining in contact with the object. The base material layer (A) can additionally contain a low density polyethylene resin. The polyethylene resin of the surface layer (B) can be a high density polyethylene resin.
