<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor, an information processing method and a program for enabling a user to start his or her desired application instantaneously after confirming the content of newly arrived transmission information to be transmitted via a network. <P>SOLUTION: Disclosed is an information processor configured to, when there exists newly arrived information among information to be transmitted from a transmission source on a network, display information indicating that there exists any newly arrived information on a widget on a screen, therein transmission source information indicating the transmission source designated by a user and start application information indicating an application to be started by the user after confirming the newly arrived transmission information from the transmission source are stored so as to be associated with each other, and when the newly arrived transmission information from the transmission source indicated by the transmission source information is displayed on the widget, and the start operation of the application by the user is accepted by the widget, the application indicated by the start application information associated with the transmission source information is started. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
