<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate the most suitable furnace temperature in each steel material in a short period of time and with high precision. <P>SOLUTION: A combustion control method for a continuous heating furnace includes: a step where a two-dimensional temperature calculation part 6b predicts the temperature of a slab in each heating zone using a two-dimensional model based on a quadratic equation; a step where one-dimensional slab temperature calculation part 6c determines the representative radiation rate of each zone in the one-dimensional model on the basis of the temperature of the slab in each heating zone, which is predicted by using the two dimensional model so that the temperature of the slab in each heating zone, which is predicted by using one dimensional model based on a linear equation is coincident with the temperature of the slab in each zone, which is predicted by using the two dimensional model; a step where the most suitable furnace temperature of the slab in each heating zone is calculated by using the linear model using the determined representative radiation rate; and a step where the furnace temperature of each heating zone is set on the basis of the calculated most suitable furnace temperature of the slab in each heating zone. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
