<p>The invention is related to a device for cooking food at vacuum, which includes two main elements: a tub divided into two similar compartments with caps moved by pistons, conditioned with an agitation system and heating means using a jacket. The other main element refers to a system for condensing the vapors, which are extracted by a vacuum pump from the inner portion of the tub so as to reduce the pressure, which is coupled to the cooking temperature required by the type and amount of food.</p> |
