The present invention relates to a plant cultivating apparatus comprising: a main body, a soil housing part, a photosynthesis light source part, a water supply part, an acrylic advertisement board, an advertisement light source part and a control module. The main body forms a frame. The soil housing part is installed in the main body and housing the soil. The photosynthesis light source part emits light for the photosynthesis of the plant planted in the soil housing part. The water supply part sprays water to the soil housing part. The acrylic advertisement board is installed in the main body to perform advertisement and publicity. The advertisement light source part emits light to the acrylic advertisement board for advertisement illumination. The control module controls the photosynthesis light source part, the water supply part and the advertisement light source part according to the kind of the plant planted in the soil housing part, a cultivating environment and an advertisement function. By the configuration, the present invention may supply moisture and light properly according to the kind of the plant and the cultivating environment to automatically cultivate the plant, and maximize a decoration effect and various advertisement effects such as for company or the like via the acrylic advertisement board.
